Aggressive and rude driver
I am writing this review to share a distressing experience I had with "The Courier Guy," specifically involving one of their drivers. While I understand that this may not reflect the company as a whole, it's important to address such issues for the safety and comfort of everyone on the road. Incident Details: Date: 29 January 2024 at around 08h00 in the morning. Location: Corner of Malibongwe and Witkoppen Road Vehicle: Car branded with "The Courier Guy" logo Registration: DV69JR GP Experience: While at the intersection of Malibongwe and Witkoppen road, I witnessed a vehicle branded with "The Courier Guy" driving in an aggressive and unsafe manner. Not only was the driving reckless, posing a threat to the safety of other road users, but the driver also exhibited unprofessional behavior by shouting an offensive word ("****") loudly. This kind of conduct is unacceptable, especially from someone representing a professional service. Impact on Brand Image: As a customer, witnessing such behavior from a company representative is deeply concerning and reflects poorly on the brand. It raises serious questions about the hiring, training, and conduct policies of "The Courier Guy." The aggressive driving and unprofessionalism of the driver could deter potential customers and damage the company's reputation. Call to Action: I urge "The Courier Guy" to look into this matter seriously. It is crucial to ensure that all employees understand the importance of safe driving and professional conduct, especially when they are in a vehicle that represents the company. Lack of knowledge or skill?
Went in for a simple Tyre rotation and wheel alignment check at Hi Q Kya Sands, have been back 3 times and the car is worse than it was before they started. They also smeared my door and door handle full of black grease. One of the staff were working on a truck in the car park, Its more like a backyard mechanic type of operation than a professional tyre Centre. Stay away!!! After taking my car to another tyre dealer on Saturday My wheel alignment is now perfect, The wheel alignment was so badly set that I would have damaged my tyres if I had continued driving the car, also the tyre pressures that Hi Q "checked" were different on all 4 wheels. Either badly calibrated equipment and/or staff that are either not trained or just don't care!

Unprofessional service
Unprofessional service. When they were on site and I asked the supervisory about an aspect of the job he shrugged his shoulders and said he does not know. He proceeded to have a terrible attitude and told me “Th old days of customer being king no longer apply”.

They threaten you when they damage your belongings
It started out well, I got a quick response and quote for my move, I paid the deposit as requested and the truck arrived late on the day I was moving. The 4 guys moving my furniture did not seem to take a lot of care when handling my furniture, I however stood back and told myself they must know what they are doing and seem to have gotten a lot of good reviews. I followed the truck and when they started off loading at the destination I was horrified to see that my bed and couches all had black grease smears on them, when I pointed this out the movers got quite uptight and said there is no grease in their truck, I wiped my hand on the inside of the truck and showed them... I got no further response. Once they were done I can honestly say I don think that there is one item they did not damage or scratch. I have a wooden desk and removed the top and specifically asked them to be extra careful with it only to find a long deep scratch on it when it arrived. I emailed the owner "Brian" and was met with quite an aggressive response that I take a s a threat, he said "We are coming there" and "If you don't have the money to pay say so..." Avoid this company... rather pay a bit more for your move.. They claim to have insurance but then when things go wrong they turn nasty and threatening..
