What a waste of money! This was the worst pizza's we have ever had. It was Soggy, oily and just disgusting. When you pick up a slice, all the toppings fall off, there is oil dripping and it's just a mess! Called the restaurant to explain....was asked to hold a couple of times....when I asked to speak to the manager, because he was giving me a terrible attitude, I was told that I was speaking to the manager (Ronaldo). I was told because we ordered through UberEats we have to speak to them as he does not want to deal with me and that UberEats should give me a refund because it's not their problem. What a disgraceful attitude!
Exceptional service from Alinda Mouton and Brenda Voges! It's our first time buying a house so obviously we were new to this whole process and a little nervous. Alinda and Brenda were willing to help no matter what time we contacted them and no matter how many times a day. The answered all our questions and definitely went the extra mile. They were both very friendly and they worked extremely quick. Was such a pleasure dealing with them. I would recommend them to everyone!! Thanx again Alinda and Brenda!!! We really appreciate it.
So we order from McDelivery last night @ 19:00 and the app shows that the order will be delivered between 19:15 - 19:30. At 20:00 we phone McDonald's Okovango because that is the closest McDonald's to us. They inform us that they did not receive the order and that we should phone Brackenfell McDonald's. I phone them and before I can even give my name or order number Lee-Anne tells me that the order is on it's way. I ask her how does she know that, as I did not give her my order number. She then tells me that she will phone me back, but she doesn't even have my number. I give her my number. After 30min I have not received a call back yet. I phone again and speak to Janine. She informs me that no one by the name of Lee-Anne works there and that our order is still on the system. That's more than 2 hours by that time. She phones the call center to find out what is wrong. They inform her that our area is not on their map and that the order should have gone to Okovango McDonald's. Sidwell from the call center calls us to inform us that they will refund us and that we have to place the order again. The refund will take 5 - 7 working days. Now it has almost been 3 hours. I tell Sidwell (he is extremely rude by the way) that we will have to wait once again for our order and that it is unacceptable as it was a mistake on their side. We demand to speak to his manager or anyone in charge, he tells us that he is in charge and that everyone else has clocked off. He then suddenly hangs up the phone before even taking our information for the refund. We phone Janine again (thank goodness for her help!) and she gets in contact with them again to call us back. After 30min Janine phones us to take our information for the refund (no contact from the call center yet). Thank you Janine for all your help and your amazing attitude through this whole mess. To McDonald's, please make sure your app is working properly and that you hire honest and mannered staff. This is truly unacceptable!!!! #McDonaldsFailed
