Be aware of Dollar Thrifty Car Rental
Hired a car from Centurion branch on 3 Jan 22 and returned vehicle on 6 Jan 22. Phoned in numerous times to find out when deposit will be refunded. 15min holding time minimum. Each time consultant said refund will be done immediately. Various emails was sent to customer care - not one response. How do I get a refund if no one replies. Stay away from Dollar - worst customer service in South Africa.

Awesome Service Received
I just need to compliment and thank Eugene and Anton from Dualzone. You guys really showed what service delivery can be like in South Africa. Issues with a MacBook Pro under warranty and both Eugene and Anton went out of their way to help me get going. Well done guys - and many thanx.

No service from Head Office
My MacBook pro was handed in at your Woodlands Branch for repairs last week. I was promised to get progress updates – no feedback received from your Woodlands Branch. Yesterday I phoned your customer care and the consultant was going to come back to me - no feedback received yet. Sent an email - no feedback yet. Filled in a "Contact Us" on your website this morning - no response. I phoned your Woodlands Branch just now and was informed that the call was logged at Head Office to collect the MacBook and take to Core Group - but head office has not done anything yet. Can I urgently get feedback as to what you will do as my computer is under warranty.

NO RECEPTION AND WORST SERVICE PROVIDER IN SA
No Reception / Connectivity = No service On the 8th of April R999 was deducted from my account for the Rain Unlimited data package. Router arrived on Tuesday 14th. A full months fee was levied (not pro-rata). Since Thursday afternoon we have been struggling with data connectivity. Queries logged: 1370388 1371622 1374186 1375760 1377300 No response other than the automated email "A rain agent will get back to you as soon as possible" Friendly advise - stay away from Rain as there is no service. Question: How do I cancel this contract with immediate effect.

Not delivering in time
Paid for overnight delivery on Monday, now only deliver on Friday. Richardsbay Manager rude - keeps interrupting. Worst courier service ever. Stay away.
