I was shocked at the way my booking was handled. I made a booking on the phone with Zama for a family suite which she said was on special for 2300. I made my way to the hotel with my kids and when I got there the hotel refused to honor the booking because they said Zama made a mistake. I was left with no accommodation at night with my kids. People be careful with this hotel they can change your booking upon arrival. Neliswa the manager didn’t even care I had small children. Not right guys
I want to warn people about Enza Home, they are selling products and do not have a back up service. I bought 3 beds from Yatas which is one of their brands that compete with summons and I regret because the beds collapse and they have a factory problem and Enza home refuse to replace the beds. These are brand new beds that gave me a problem from day one. Please people don’t buy yatas mattress from enza home unless you want to throw money away. Their service is zero service. I’m still stuck with the beds that collapse and my kids fall off the mattresses sometimes because they collapsed on the sides They talk about more than 10 years guarantee but the could not even sort out brand new beds what more after use. Shocking service
