I spoke to a Bianca to arrange a service on my Sun Tank, she told me that I first need to pay the fee for the service and with in a week the service will be done, yesterday i got a email from Helen who told me that the service is only booked for the 30th ( more than 1 week ) , I have send an email to Helen to explain to me why do I have to pay first and then after they confirmed that they received the payment they only confirm the appointment for a later date as what Bianca told me. I have ask Helen to please send me a manager or owners number but only got a reply to see number on her signature, and that she is the manager for bookings and there is no owner just share holders. I need to speak to one of the shareholders about the manner Helen is treating her customers , can you please assist so that I can speak to someone higher that Helen as she is no help to no one. If you take someone money and agreed on a service I expect that you do that.
We called Jefo to our premises after a break in. We requested that the door be repaired that had been cut open. The owner advised us that they are closing on Friday and his solution to our problem is that we must lock the gate with a chain as we cannot be helped until January 2016. After telling him that this is not acceptable he turned round and told us that he has given us a solution and he will not accept our attitude and he is leaving. He further told us that he has tried to help (what help - use a chain to secure premises) and he is 65 years old and will not tolerate that we demand work to be done immediately.
