Took my couch for upholstery, first, the amount of fabric they asked me to buy turned up short, and they couldn'e find matching fabric, had to compromise, 2nd, they called and told me that one of the bottom wood planks is briken they need to replace it for an extra charge, no problem ,i paid, received my couch, sat on it once, then snap, there goes the 'replaced wood plank' , so what did i pay for exactly, and i am not heavy at all. 3rd, poor service overally, was told couch would be ready on 14 working days, only started working on it on the 13th day, and wth all that needed fixing, took longer, 4th, now they need to recollect the couch for repair and i have to conform to them for collection midweek when i work Mon to Fri , so what am i supposed to do ?????
