Damage product, horrible service
Please do not order from Tidal Hook, we ordered a pump which came broken, the box was damage as well, the product inside broken. They choose the courier service not us. Now the problem is ours. Please think twice

Discovery classic saver
Please please dont put your health in discovery hands! They have giving me on sms proof of auth and the 3 hours later declined and once i complained i received another sms stAting i can go to theatre, new time was scheduled with dr and now again they have 3 miljoen stories! I have proof of all the sms sent to me One of the call centre agents told me to go to a state hospital or die, i can pick! Please think before you place your and your family health in discovery hands

Very unhappy x-client
One star is actually being friendly. I wish Hallo Peter had a place to put in - star. I had a claim, that I specifically asked Renasa not so pay out to a specific company. Renasa wanted the claim to be handled by that company. They did not give me any choice. They did not ask what company would I like to use. Then when I complained the answer was, that it is their choice. Please make sure before you insure anything with them. When they pay out or what they pay out or with whom the replacement is going to be, will not be the customers choice. Please think twice!!!!!!!!
