I have changed my banking details and tried to update it on the cellc app and phoned the customer service and it was never changed!! my phones got blocked !! I then went to cellc at the secunda mall and spoke to the consultant there and managed to change my account details, I was then told to pay R2018.88c at Ned bank I then paid R2500.00 and went back to the consultant and she re-activated my phones. everything was fine but then after a couple weeks I get an email saying that I am in arrears' of R557.17c ?? I then have to leave work and go to cellc as this is not my fault I was told to pay R2018.88c and I paid extra!! and now my phones are blocked again!!! this is ****** ridicules ....why the hell do they give a person wrong figures and then unblock your phone just for two weeks and its blocked again??? I have tried calling and explaining to customer service to deduct the full amount at the end of the month but they refused, I don't have the time to sit in big queues just to make another payment. why must we suffer for a cellc consultants mistake!! I hate cellc never again will I take a contract from them.
