I bought a Samsung phone from cellc in 2017 and I got a phone that overheated and then froze up, I took it back numerous times to get sorted out and they never did, I took it back the last time and got a quote for repair and being a pensioner I could not afford, their attitude was nasty, intimidating and I told them to shove it and then they handed me over to the monkeys at NDS credit because I refused to pay for a **** phone then never worked, and it's now 2023 And the cellcc ****ers are still trying to scam me for a **** phone that never worked, the assholes at NDS credit handed it over to css credit solutions and I got a snotty ***** called Vanessa who was trying her intimidation tactics on me so I blocked them too, I am ****ed off with these scammers

CellC very bad connection, I did complain & they never responded, I have experience that it's getting worst, I called in again & they issued me with a Ref Nr: 1101400127, let's see if they will assist now since they gave me a Ref Nr their Service always say's emergency calls, I really can't deal.

I have changed my banking details and tried to update it on the cellc app and phoned the customer service and it was never changed!! my phones got blocked !! I then went to cellc at the secunda mall and spoke to the consultant there and managed to change my account details, I was then told to pay R2018.88c at Ned bank I then paid R2500.00 and went back to the consultant and she re-activated my phones. everything was fine but then after a couple weeks I get an email saying that I am in arrears' of R557.17c ?? I then have to leave work and go to cellc as this is not my fault I was told to pay R2018.88c and I paid extra!! and now my phones are blocked again!!! this is ****** ridicules ....why the hell do they give a person wrong figures and then unblock your phone just for two weeks and its blocked again??? I have tried calling and explaining to customer service to deduct the full amount at the end of the month but they refused, I don't have the time to sit in big queues just to make another payment. why must we suffer for a cellc consultants mistake!! I hate cellc never again will I take a contract from them.

So Cellc decided to add an subscription on my contract without my consent .l have been trying to get them to cancel that billing and refund me my money but they dont seem to care about it .All l want is my money back because this is wrong

After my phone got stolen (a dual-sim one, with another cell-provider), I tried to get sim swap, first in-store and then via call center. What a bunch of unprofessional consultants you have to deal with!! Maybe part of the reason why CellC, where I was a customer for more then 14 years, is rated as below standard and in trouble??? "Sir, you cannot do a sim swap if you cannot give us the last 5 no's dialed..." "Sir, we need the 3 most frequent numbers dialed..." "Sir, we need to know what the last amount loaded for data was..." How ridiculous! I am very active on calls, have 2 sim cards, do numerous calls per day, and on top of that, I am at an age where I am unable to remember such trivial, senseless detail, regardless of whether I produced my ID, proof of residence, whatever security details they could obtain, except the nonsensical ones they prefer! Being subject to such an ordeal of a burglary where I could have lost my life, losing valuables to the amount of R35 000, and have to deal with such insensitivity??? Regardless of a balance of more than R200 in airtime, more than 200 SMS's, close to 500MB data available...I'm rid of CellC☺☺☺

SUBMIT A COMPLAINT Telecommunications Cell C Customer Service Call centre and Rosebank Store Cell C / Call centre and Rosebank Store ZA Add a Comment Just don't even know where to start I called the call centre night as I couldn't use my line in which I was assisted by the most rudest consultan lt her name is Sindy and the reference of my my call was 1908190000384030 she didn't even assist me she just put me on a machine to help me and put down the phone she said she can't help me my phone is blocked and it's refusing to use the puk not she just said I must do a swim swap I asked why am I suppose to do that she put down the phone on me that was on the 19th of August 2019 . Following day I walk in into a Cellc shop in Rosebank Mall they also tell me they can't help me with my swimswap they said the details shows I am male but I told them to check Rica coz I did Rica with my details when they checked it is my ID nbe they told me next time I loose the Simcard I won't get it back I asked why so no one wanted to help me they treated me as if I am a fool the so called came and argued with me that she can't help me she was very very rude I have never felt so beltitled trust me no one was willing to help in that store they just looked at me arguing with that lady as if I was stupid . Woow Cellc you really take the cup for being rude to their customers the name of the lady the manager is Kasheee Perizan I walked out of the shop with no solution they just said I must call the call centre . The other lady had to say I am making noise for other customers how can I not make noise I didn t have the phone for day today and I lost so much business as my customers couldn't reach me today and am still without . I ported from Vodacom thinking Cellc was better but they are the worst either call centre or walk ins

I am seriously disgusted this morning. The problem is when you call them, they have like 20 steps before you even can talk to someone, and then when you eventually get a problem logged, they tell you 24-48 hours for an answer. I must make it clear. Not once did I got an answer back. Then when you call again with your case number, it take more than 25 minutes and re-logging of your issue before they find the previous case number and then you are told it take 24-48 working hours weekends and public holidays excluded. And ALL I WANT IS A REPORT ON MY PREPAID DATA USAGE !!!! which should be available in the app. Data is disappearing like mad. I got a 200GB data card and within 2 months it is gone. I used MTN before and never used more than 10GB a month and now I can't even get a report out of them!!! Just provide me with a report

I got an email stating I need to pay R907.01 where I already paid R939. 40 last month and where is my free 1 month promised to me. I have not received any feedback on this.. My black box is still not working. I AM FED UP WITH CELL C If you do not fix my account before Tuesday 9th of April, I will be contacting my lawyer to handle this case further.
