Am sick and tired if this nonsense happening in my account its been a week now money still being deducted in my account. I reported to you guys but you are failing to fix this nonsense. What kind of a bank are you. You can can't tell me that a card that was blocked will continue to work this nonsense has to stop otherwise will report to the ombudsman sort it out FNB.
Sometimes its useless to call FNB as some of their agents have no clue of the products being offered to their clients , apparently FNB has been taken my money saying its for charges , tried asking the agent what charges she said she doesn't know ho to explain to me , How can i be charged such an amount , can someone call and explain this , That's the reference for my call i regret talking to her as she seemed she doesn't even want to assist me Rw210216104232
Am really not sure how many times am to write hear for FNB to take seriously, just waiting for 20 days to lapse so I can report you to the ombudsman, no one has bothered to call and let me know why my profile has been updated from your back office, I called several times to FNB even to the complaints department no one has called they even sent me an sms with a reference but no one has called me , is this how you don't care about your clients like am so done with FNB
Am really ****ed with FNB I called last week Monday and the loan that I long paid last year I seeing on my profile as it shows am in in arrears and I am not . The agent said by today it will be sorted but to my amazement even today it's still there on my profile . Today I heard a chat with Sandisiwe who apologised and promised to send me a paid up late by 3pm it's now 9pm no paid up lether I received . Crooks and thieves they charged me an extra 300 on my dstv they call a pro a rata for compact plus in which the compact was only activated you call the call center they keep on making you hold and cant give you straight answers am so ****ed with Multichoice thieves no explanation on why i was charged an extra R300
I called in to be assisted no one was picking the call i was holding for 1 hour still no one picked my call , i decided to go to the app a talk to an agent it was a nightmare as as the agent wasnt willing to assist me , the worst nightmare firstly it took them 2hrs 30 for me to be connected to an agent when she came her name was Palesa Ditha , she told me to log onto my app and request for a call back and she gave me the same number i was calling 0877365596 in which when i called it was the same story , mind you it was for the second time for me to call , she didn't even wait to get done with me she transferred me to David Mpila who didn't even chat with who closed the chat and said i am not responding like seriously this frustrating . I was wrongly debited a loan which i dont owe and which was fully paid by Fnb on the 24th of OCtober , wrote a review ere no one called me only to be called on Saturday after i called to find out what is really going on , the consultant said my money will be sent back to me , up to day still havent received those funds , this not the first time they are doing this last week they did the same thing s it has happened to me twice what must i do to get those funds back , as i really need to use them

I have a smart spent loab with Fnb I saw they charged me 1000 for interest what is really the 1000 for as I have never skipped a payment mind you this a short team lon with no interest this is the second time I seeing this on the balance . Following day I walk in into a Cellc shop in Rosebank Mall they also tell me they can't help me with my swimswap they said the details shows I am male but I told them to check Rica coz I did Rica with my details when they checked it is my ID nbe they told me next time I loose the Simcard I won't get it back I asked why so no one wanted to help me they treated me as if I am a fool the so called came and argued with me that she can't help me she was very very rude I have never felt so beltitled trust me no one was willing to help in that store they just looked at me arguing with that lady as if I was stupid . Woow Cellc you really take the cup for being rude to their customers the name of the lady the manager is Kasheee Perizan I walked out of the shop with no solution they just said I must call the call centre . The other lady had to say I am making noise for other customers how can I not make noise I didn t have the phone for day today and I lost so much business as my customers couldn't reach me today and am still without . I ported from Vodacom thinking Cellc was better but they are the worst either call centre or walk ins
