Voetsek! with your logged in Pins and Selfies!!!
I am so up with Capitec and their ridiculous security. Every action requires a pin insert while I am logged in. I am so mad!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I waste easily over 30 minutes just authenticating myself Fix your ****!!!!! Once a person is logged in I am verified and it is unnecessary to ask 1000s of times for the pin or for my selfie and then log me out when a transaction got an issue and I have to wait an hour. It is not protection, its nearing harassment!

Worst delivery service ever!!!
I paid R75 for direct delivery. The courier called once and when he got no answer he just did not try again. When I called back he said he will deliver the next morning. He called when I was out waiting at my gate without confirming that I will indeed be home. I asked to leave it at the takealot depot. He just cancelled the order!!!!! and now I had to pay another R35 to get it at the depot. THIS IS THE LAST TIME I WILL USE TAKEALOT

CAPITEC MAINTENANCE ON BUSINESS ACCOUNTS AT MONTH END
Why the MF would a bank do maintenance on month end? No warning, no notice, FOFF! Just a notice when you log into the business bank on which I have to pay out salaries stating we have scheduled maintenance on Thursday 31 July 2025 at 5:00 to Friday 1 August 2025 at 05:00. I am so mad right now!!!!! I am done with your ****!

MTN gave my number to somebody else.
My number is given to somebody else without informing me. When I gone into the store the lady told me to call the person and told him that he got my number. That I will not do. This problem is caused by MTN. I had this number for years. FIX this now MTN. I am very upset with this as there is thousands complaints of this. They receive all my text messages and calls now. This is a breach of privacy.

BUILDERS WAREHOUSE NEWEST **** WITH SUPPLIERS
Today I bought a cordless garden sprayer XPS-18 for R1100 with big words: CORDLESS GARDEN SPRAYER and when I got home, to my surprise no battery pack or charger and by investigation, in small scripts at the bottom of the box indicating battery and charger not included. SO DEAR BUILDERS WAREHOUSE AND RYOBI, I will return this and I will never buy from your stores anything nor from Ryobi as both of you are engaging in selling products at the most expensive price and leaving out a core components. THIS IS UNJUST IN ANY TERMS SO TAKE YOUR BUSINESS AND SHUFF IT UP YOUR ASSES!!!! You just lost another client, and yes maybe I should read, but what **** you are engaging in by leaving out the core component that operates the product you are selling? From now on you will be known as Builders warehouse ****sters.

Aramex is now rated the slowest delivery company in South Africa
I posted a parcel that is supposed to be delivered within 72 hours. This parcel is now scheduled to be delivered 28th December 2021 after it was posted 22nd December 2021. This was the last time I will use Aramex as a courier. You were good but now you suck more than any other worst competitor.

Location tracking with high accuracy in FNB App
I complained about the fact that you cannot do any transaction on the FNB App if you do not have location tracking enabled with high accuracy in the FNB App. This in my opinion is not a security factor other than tracing your location which indeed no bank can be allowed to do. I have not got an answer in 3 days and the reason for this public complaint. FNB need to explain this in public where they got the right to breach and force people to enable an function which are a concern and risk for safety of the individual.

Extreme fee for teller deposits for the account of the receiver!!!!!!!!!!!
Please explain to the public why do you charge R50 for teller deposits in bank. Why don't you make the depositor not aware of the fee? Why do you not charge the depositor? Why do you deduct the money from the person receiving the funds without the permission from the person receiving the funds? Proudly from FNB - how can we befok you with ridiculous costs.

EWALLET FEE OF R22 ridiculous for an electronic transaction
I am so fedup with FNB fee charges these days. I help a few people with EWALLET as they do not own banks. 3 of them are family. I noticed since last month I am billed R11 per ewallet transaction, which I send on the same time, that is R33 at a time. My brothers also confirmed they had to pay the R11 as well. So on an amount of R150, R22 is taken for an electronic transaction. I want a public reply on this and not a private reply so everybody can see how you actually ripoff poor people.

Sorry, you are getting a BAAAAD RATING for LYING to say you cannot get hold of me. NOBODY CALLED ME TO CONFIRM THE ADDRESS NEITHER ANYBODY AT MY HOME!!!!!
