1. False advertising regarding the size of the handbag, it was considerably smaller than advertised. 2. Poor customer service experience, particularly with being directed to a designer instead of a manager. 3. Delayed delivery despite a short distance. 4. Loss of opportunity to purchase another bag due to this issue. 5. Lack of assistance in resolving the situation.

Really bad service. They dont come back to you and when they do their answers do not solve any questions that I have. I have been waiting for my refund, the Merchant has been in constant contact with them as well because they have done all they can from their side but Payflex just does not release my refund. My payment is due next week and I strongly feel they are stalling to get this payment. I am hoping after I post this that someone does their job there.
