Ons was by Mustang Sally's en het gevoel ons was in n glasasteel. Het lank gesit en wag om bedien te word,het op gestaan en uit geloop,wou kla oor die swak diens maar die jong dame met ligte hare was nie beskikbaar nie. Sal nie mense aanbeveel nie. Baie swak.
I bought a used BMW X3 2021 model from Bidvest Mcarthy Ford The Glen. The salesperson agreed to repair a few scratches on the car but after the sale he informed me that his manager instructed him only to do one scratch. It then took a very long time for them to arrange for the repair.I also had an incident where I had to use the car's hooter to avoid an accident and there was nothing not a sound. I reported it to the branch manager and wanted to know how the car goes through the roadworthy without a hooter?He informed me that he will find out from the test station what is on the report.I took the car for a diagnostic test and there are many faults on it.Besides the hooter not working the rear back electric window stopped working after we had the car for a month.The USB is not working.The rear aircon is not working.Also when I took the car for the scratch repair the guy informed me there was accident damage on the car.The bonnet has been changed and the door colour's are not the same on driver's side.All this after I asked the salesperson if there was any accident damage?After a month already we have received no feedback from the manager as all the other times I had to deal with them.I will never buy a car from this group again. Very bad service.
Very bad service!Actually no service.Paid R129 for 15G data Sim.Took Sim to store to rica.Asked them why there is no data on sim?They informed they don't not deal with any online orders.Where do you go to for any assistance?Emailed them and tried to call the customer care line 135 which is totally useless. As I look at all the negative reviews I'm sorry that I never did it before I bought anything from them and all I have is an empty simcard!
My daughter had a very bad experience with this airline.She traveled from South Africa to Amsterdam and arrived at 10:30.She had a lay over for 2 hours for the next flight to Atlanta. Then they informed her on the airport the flight was delayed and she only got a flight the next day at 17:00.She had to spend the night on the airport without them offering a place to stay for the night.This was due to their fault and yet they leave a young girl on her own to find for herself through the night.Also she has been in Atlanta for 5 days now with no sign of her luggage?Please avoid this airline to spare yourself of this horrible treatment and service. Will never use it ever again.
Do not fall for this ****!Done so many reviews and never got paid. They keep advertising and many fall for this.Valse email and no communication.
Very bad service at Weelee Midstream.We bought a car cash and found the aircon not working properly.Weelee informed us to take the car to a place in our area to check the fault.They regassed it and we paid and sent invoice to Weelee.It has been over a month now and no refund has been done.If we enquire the sales person informes us it needs to be approved.Also we paid for registration and numberplates and sent the invoices to the sales person on 20th December.Just no comment from him and no refund yet.Will think twice before doing business with this company again.
I had 2 phone contracts with Cell C. I settled both contracts just to find they have listed me with the Credit bureau for an account in arrears. The amount I paid off on the contracts was +- R24000. They listed me for an amount of R1214. 22 for which neither Cell C nor the debt collecting agents know what the amount is for. Phoned Cell C numerous times to enquire and they informed me everything is paid in full and no outstanding amounts. Then I paid this amount and asked them if they can send a notification to the Credit bureau to inform them the amount was settled. They informed me they can not do that and that I need to do it myself! What pathetic service as I have been a customer with them for years. Will definitely not ever support them again!
