I wanted to use the convience of UDOK this past week for an injury. To my suppries I went trhough all the hoops filled in my details and was ready to make my booking and made payment only for their pay gate to have an error and close. I have now contacted the company numirouse times as my funds have gone off my bank account and has not reflected in my UDOK wallet or account. I in the mean time had to pay extra money to go and see another dr and have lost the booking fees.
