Best Customer Service

It is with great pleasure to share my journey with Bargain Auto. After my first experience with the company. My complaint was dealt with in a professional manner. I thank the Management team Franco and Armand for your excellent service and mostly Shane the sales person who took upon himself to provide me with a great service and making sure that all my concerns were addressed in a timely manner and I finally received the replacement car which I’m happy with.Shane was amazing and made sure that I received the best service. Thank you Shane for your patience and support I’ll definitely visit the dealership in the near future. Big ups to everyone who assisted I’m happy with my new wheels💃🏻💃🏻💃🏻💃🏻

Bargain Auto Goodwood. Bad Service

16th March 2026, I purchased a car through Bargain Auto in Goodwood. The following day the car gave me problems (Engine Fault) I contacted the Sales Person Jarryd Haldane. He assured me that it was a minor problem I shouldn’t worry. The car is resetting the system. When I reached my destination the car refused to start. He asked me to take the car to a Machanic in the area where I was however the workshop kept the car for a week and they did not resolve the problem. Now after 3 weeks I’m stuck with a car that I can’t drive . I’m far away from home. I made numerous attempts to get hold of Bargain Auto in Goodwood even management but have not receive any feedback. I requested for them to take the car back and replace it with a car on the same value but they refused. I’m so disappointed with this Dealership and the ****s from their Sales Person who willingly sold me a car that was in a bad condition. The car is under finance, please be careful of such dealerships they **** people of their hard earned money and have no remorse for their actions. I took the car to Klerksdorp as you requested and unfortunately they kept the car for a week without attending to it. Although they initially stated that they will need 3 days to sort out the issue. I have been in contact with your Sales Person Jarryd Haldane who assured me that it’s a minor issue it will be sorted. I contacted your office on the 25 March and sent the email as you requested however I never received any response from you. I have lost a lot of money while sitting with a car that is not driving properly. I spoke to Robyn and explained my situation and I said I’m willing to bring this car back using transport courier service at my own cost. But again you refusing to replace this car and give me the car that works as it’s clearly shows that your sales person took advantage of us and mislead us about the condition of the car. We received this car on the 17 March 2026 the next day while driving it gave me an Error message saying Engine Failure. Currently I’m sitting with a car that is risky to drive because it can fail anytime and you also refusing to take accountability for the faulty car you sold us. Now we sitting with 2 options replace the car as the place you send me to in Klerksdorp kept the car for a week without attending to it. I’m currently sitting in another town with no transportation and yet i have to pay for an installment on a car that is not working. This is a cruel treatment from your dealership and I need this issue to be resolved immediately as I’ve been very patient about the situation. This is not how you treat a Client as we have rights too.

Bad service from Travelstart

I’m very disappointed with travelstart I booked flight from Cape Town to Johannesburg and money was deducted from my credit card and later the booking was cancelled and they have not refund my money.
