EXTREMELY BAD SERVICE
I want to start by saying " Keep Away from Buying/Doing business with Electro gadgets This is their details Electro Gadgets JHB: Unit A51, U Can Store, Corner Spartan Crescent and Olympia Street, Sandton, Johannesburg, 2090 011 262 0434 sales@electrogadgets.co.za In January i bought a Meccer 1440w (Combo) Inverter with 2 Gel batteries + battery box, I paid about R7200,00 for everything, (9 months later and problems) The Gel batteries have a 1 year warranty printed on the box, ( Which means if u have issue's you should be able to change them), I called them several times and e mailed them as well, advising them of the issue. Up to now No replies. I called them again today, (23/09/2020) and i was told that although the box says 1 year warranty they don't change/swop problem batteries, Guys, please don't support this Company, Rather look around and buy somewhere else. If you need inverters rather go to UPS WAREHOUSE, where you will have piece of mind. They very fast in taking the order, processing and taking your hard earned cash, But when the day comes and you have problems, They will not assist you. They should rather change their name to RIP-OFF GADGETS

EXCELLENT SERVICE FROM STANDARD BANK SBIB
To whom it may concern I want to thank Lizel Hudson & her Team leader Meryl Addison from the Standard Bank Insurance brokers team (SBIB) for the BEST SERVICE, I received during this week. My wife bought a new car, I called SBIB for a quotation since I already have 2 other vehicles insured with them. Lizel Hudson was the lady who took my call, She was so professional, had excellent communication s****s and most of all understood the product she is selling. She explained everything I needed to know about my existing insurance as well as adding the new vehicle on. The service she offered was as follows, she returned calls On time, If I was busy she left messages advising that she will call back at another time. She even went out of her way to mention that during certain time’s she will not be available as well as mentioning the day she was not going to be in the office. She handled the call so well she was even able to get me a reduction on my existing policy. ( after referring to her Team leader Meryl Addison) I really appreciate the excellent service BOTH LADIES provided throughout the week. Keep up the Great Service and although I never see you ladies, I could hear in that tone of voice of the wonderful & caring people you ladies are. Your attention to detail, great communication s****s, and ready smile made the experience even better than I expected. I won't hesitate to bring future clients to your establishment. STANDARD BANK YOU HAVE TO GREAT LADIES WORKING THERE- Well Done
