On signup you ask me to choose a debit order date, I choose the 31st. Then you don't send an email, SMS or invoice but BOOM you debit my account on the 15th when there is no money the account, leaving me with unnecessary bank charges. How difficult is it to communicate the collection date of the 1st premium, e.g., "please note the pro-rata premium debit order will be submitted 2 days after signup"?
From the 3 quotations I got, Crystal Quartz was the most affordable and the installation was of good quality. My kitchen is big but it took they did the templates on Monday and did full installation on Friday the same week. I very pleased with their work, my carpenter/joiner was also amazed by the turnaround time and the final installation.
