Onecart allows you to choose delivery slot times and make promises that is not lived up to. There are unacceptable delivery delays of more than 48 hours. The reason why people pay high delivery fees is due to delivery expectations. No valuable feedback with regards to delays other than blaming the high number of online orders. No rocket science required to establish an expected influx in online orders and for Onecart to hence accomodate this through service delivery. Not happening, and sadly at the expense of the customers.
Consulted with a rude Manager with the wrong attitude. Menu looks great but I'll never support a restaurant like this that has no value for their clients. She sounded irritated and angry from the first conversation which was due to a few menu option queries. Carol suggested a few other restaurants in the vicinity of Clarens. She was kind to do so but very rude and abrupt. I had the right to ask whether she may accommodate two family members who are vegetarian with a special Christmas dish. Her reply was that she owns a Portuguese restaurant with a small kitchen. The bottom line is that Carol's customer liaison s****s is pathetic. She banks on the fact that there are not too many restaurants in Clarens and that she doesn't have to care about people if she will be busy in the week of Christmas
