Worst service in South Africa. They will waist hours and hours of your time confirming your identity, rerouting your call between departments, confirming identity, putting you on hold, routing your call. Tell you to go into the branch because the reason there is an * in-front of your business name is because you put it there so go into the branch to fix. You go into the branch they tell you that every business has an asterisks and that how FNB works. Still not sure if it's an issue or not because no one really knows anything at FNB about FNB
Got a Quest 3 Used Demo so I was skeptical since I have never heard of this company... Well, overnight delivery from CT to PTA. Product came in immaculate condition with no signs of wear on whatsoever, even smells like a new car. Very happy with this service and product and will be back for more.
I took out a loan of R76 800 on the 17th of Feb. Since then I have paid R14908.92 into that account. So I should owe R61 891.08 + sum interest. But for no valid reason, my account has been moved over to MacRoberts Attorneys and my amount still due is R73 000. I have spent so much time and airtime thus money trying to solve this problem. Why would you move my account over without even notifying me once? How can you say I have only paid R2000? THIS IS TO INFORM STANDARD BANK I WILL NOT PAY A CENT INTO THIS ACCOUNT UNTIL THIS IS RECTIFIED CORRECTLY. I AM BEING ROBBED BLIND HERE!! SOMEONE NEEDS TO CONTACT ME ABOUT THIS ASAP!
I took out a loan 5 months ago for R76000 after paying R15000 to standard bank over this period my account was moved to MacRobert attorneys and the amount due is R73000. I will no longer be paying a cent into this account until standard bank rectifies this. CALL ME NOW!!!
1 Star for using Aramex as your courier service. They have literally taken 4 days and counting to move a parcel 10 mins down the road.
First I call and ask them nicely not to deliver between 8-12 on Monday any other time is perfect, what do they do? Try to deliver at that time, call me 10 times and leave with my parcel. Then I ask to please deliver the following morning what do they do? Tell me it's coming in the morning and doesn't show up. Then I call and they promise me it's coming in the next 40 mins and still has not shown up. I'm starting to think this company is purposefully trying to **** me off. The item needs to come literally 10 mins down the road but because of covid shipping was required. Now Aramex goes and does this. This is no longer funny
I call them to tell them my parcel can be delivered ANYTIME except for a specific 3 hour period on a Monday morning. They confirm it is fine. What do they do? Attempt delivery during this period, call me 10 times when I cannot answer, Email me saying the driver is outside waiting. Leave with my goods. Post on their tracking details that I cannot be reached. Now I need to call in every few hours to see where my parcel is because no one can tell me exactly when the driver will deliver. They do not update their tracking details to say it was their ***up it still says I cannot be reached. So now they sit with a **** ton of fragile good with no specific ETA.
This company will never know the pain they have caused me. Had to sell my safemoon because they took WEEKS to refund me. said safemoon was worth over a million rand 2 weeks later. I hate this company more then anything.
They keep taking double money off my account when I swipe called an honoring fee. They cannot tell me what it is for and it is over R1500. Have wasted 100s of rands of airtime trying to fix it. When they fix it, a few days later it starts again. Double billing me for anything I swipe and charging it as an honoring fee!
No stock and false information on the website lead to my order being canceled. Now it has been 2 weeks and I have still not received a refund. My emails are even being ignored and there is no number to get assistance.
