Purple Surgical paid Click Pioneers R72,047.50 in full for an exhibition stand at SASES. What we received was nothing short of a disaster and an embarrassment to our brand. Undelivered & Poorly Executed Elements: No raised floor or purple LED lighting (as contracted) No electrical installations — we had to hire our own electrician at our own cost No electrical C.O.C. provided Wrong and incomplete furniture was supp**** Showcase collapsed — taped together overnight, then left on the floor for us to deal with. We had to rent a cabinet at the last minute for an additional R12,023.25 No brochure stand included Shelves were too short, unstable, and unsafe for displays Wrong plants provided The result? The most embarrassing stand we have ever presented. Competitors mocked us openly, and delegates commented on the poor quality. This caused serious reputational damage to our company. Service Quality: The on-site representative was rude and unprofessional Multiple calls to management went unanswered To date, Click Pioneers has refused to refund us or reimburse the additional costs. They continue to ignore all follow-ups Do not risk your company’s reputation with this supplier. Click Pioneers is unprofessional, unreliable, and dishonest. They take payment upfront, fail to deliver, and refuse accountability.
Our recent stay at Unit 127 in The Breakers Resort was deeply disappointing and concerning from a health and safety standpoint. The unit was in atrocious condition — mold on the walls, a persistent foul smell, and general uncleanliness made the space uninhabitable. I was shocked to discover that the unit is privately owned, meaning resort staff were unable to assist us with the issues. Despite sending three emails and raising the matter multiple times at the reception desk, the booking agent, Adam, failed to respond or offer any support. This was particularly distressing as my son suffers from asthma, and the moldy, damp conditions posed a real health risk. Additional issues included: A bathtub with an open, uncovered hole. No plug for the bathroom basin. Two fridges in the unit — only one working, the other left abandoned. Bedding was extremely thin and visibly worn out. After one night, we were eventually moved to another unit, but the transition felt rushed and inconsiderate — as if the priority was not our well-being, but to vacate the unit so another family could be checked in, regardless of the health hazards. This experience was not only uncomfortable but unsafe. It is unacceptable that such a unit is being rented out, especially under the guise of being part of a reputable resort. It’s clear that the booking agent prioritized commission over guest safety and comfort. I hope this feedback prevents others from going through a similar experience.
Nobody enjoys NOT receiving the service and quality they expect when paying a premium, hence why platforms like these have to exist. It pains my to write this but I feel it is my duty to inform others and hopefully prevent them from being ripped off too. (Especially during a pandemic - where everyone is experiencing some form of difficulty). I got chairs covers made by The markers Upholstery in Centurion last year. What a major disappointment. Not only did 4 covers take 8 weeks to be delivered the quality was horrendous. 1. The chair covers are extremely tight, a major stretch over each chair, because of this after 1 wash the seams are pulling apart and something that should look brand new looks extremely aged & worn out. 2. The stitching doesn't line up with the chair edges as it should in all areas, some places it is 4 cm's off from where it should be. 3. The covers are shorter at the back, pulling up, some 10 cm from the floor while longer in the front. I really tried to reason with Lena Mill, various emails and photos sent of the poor workmanship but unfortunately she wasn't willing to take any responsibility or accountability for her work room. Completely insincere in her apology and not willing to refund me or fix the covers. Don't expect this business owner to assist as she wont. The money spent was a complete waste, I did not experience any of the qualities they mention on their website, High quality work, short lead times, warranty, competitive prices, or great service. Very misleading indeed.
I reallocated in May to a new property. Since my reallocation I've only experienced endless problems due to bad administration on Supersonic side. The allocation was not properly processed. It had the following effects, when you experience technical issues (Which has increased substantially) technical cannot assist you. They cannot pick up my new account number, ID or business name. The old account number has no active service connected to it. The account number on the invoice is printed incorrectly, and you get told to phone back during business hours. One evening I held on for 58 mins before anyone in technical picked up the call, just to hear that I have to phone back. When this was sorted, the technician was suppose to come out to the property, he claimed I never picked up. They assisted a week later when they figured out that the telephone number on the system is not mine! This is after I confirmed it when booking the call out. Today my service is disconnected due to non-payment, yet it is a debit order against my account? How much worse can it get? Terrible incompetent company who doesn't care about providing aftercare service as long as they receive your money!
Pleasantly surprised by a very affordable yet well equipped cottage on a family owned farm in Paarl. It was very central, comfortable and beautifully decorated. We enjoyed the walks in between the g****s, plum trees and proteas. Loved our stay, so peaceful! It was the perfect choice for myself and the boys! Ceder cottages will definitely see us again!!
