Dissatisfied Customer
I have been a client for several years believing I am doing right by my pets who are in reality my children but after paying premium after premium the last time I took my boy into the vet and he had to stay over night in the hospital when I tried to put in a claim Dotsure system was down no one could help me every time I phoned in got a different excuse eventually I just paid the hospital and the vet tried to cancel the policy yet till today they still take money off my account in my eyes for nothing

After having such a bad experience in the past with Hugo's Panel Shop I was reluctant to hand over my vehicle to any panel beaters in PMB but I can tell you these people are new age teqnoligy, Lee their one customer service and assessment agent was so polite and helpful they did all the work on my Ford Ranger with absolute professionalism from the friendly receiving of the vehicle to the return of the vehicle they were very professional keep up the good work guys and thank you Lee for all the calls and follow ups it truly dose restore my faith in companies in PMB truly growing and offering excellent service.

## BE WARNED ##
Watch out for this company its ethics are questionable truly the worst experience I have ever had to endure My Mercedes Benz was sent by RENASA (MY INSURANCE UNDERWRITERS) and EGIB (MY BROKERS) to these panel Beaters after an accident in April 2018 and to date still not returned I have had to go through legal proceedings to try and get my car back and still nothing my health has been affected by these people if you want a never ending story send your car to this company for repair work. This company Hugo's Panel Shop is apparently in business rescue already it's no wonder they are in business rescue the way they treat their customers it is appalling...
