This company came highly rated . So after a bad accident I felt safe having my car there and the owner assured me that he does not charge storage fees. When I finally had saved enough for repairs, I paid the full amount of the repair cost, which in hindsight was a grave mistake. This was in the 2nd week of June. Lesson here. Don't do that . Communication with the owner was so hard. It was frustrating trying to communicate with the owner. He told me by end of April it would be ready. We could not get him telephonically so we went there. I was crushed. It looked much worse than the accident itself. From the 1st of August till today, the 5th of September , has been a see-saw of its ready, no it's not ready. It seems like my money was spent and the repairs could not be finished. Today we were told the car was ready. It looked good inside the workshop but once outside, the many faults were plain to see. By then the owner had left. The door that was replaced had a Crack. The doors cannot close. The side mirror has a panel missing including a missing mud flap. The key cannot open and close the door properly. There are glass pieces in the panel of the windows. Horrible patch ups with black paint and overall a very dirty car.. The owner has never seemed apologetic for any of the delays. I could not take my car today. I'm hoping he does the honorable thing and have my car repaired at another company at his cost. I would not recommend you take your car there.

im so irritated by the Petrol station Shell at Penniville , i went there yesterday i waited 10minutes to be assisted, due to the was a guy at the pump chit chatting to his friend and all the attendence didn't do anything about it, instead they helped other pumps i could see people coming being served and go while im waiting for the gentleman to finish conversation.. my Question was to the guy that eventually assisted me after 10min Benny "who is the Quality Marshall" i would like to have a word with him, he could not give me the name, i asked for a manager, he said his not there that's understandable! i asked for a managers Name they could not provide me with it, they claim they don't know the name of the manager! is that possible for a garage to not have Customer Service, Quality Marshal and a Manager???? i then called this morning the Garage the lady told me the Manager his not there, he will be in tomorrow after 1 when i ask for the managers Name im still not getting it , shes telling me to phone head office to get their manager Name , When i ask for that head office phone number the lady says she doesn't know the number as well oh ****! what on earth is going on to that garage, il get to the bottom of this situation il publish this garage on Media , i will investigate as well with Skhiphama files. i really want to expose this behavior of that garage to shut it down. can i please get response asap

I was initially forced by my insurance company to take my car to Hugos Panelshop Firstly I was amazed by how professional the business looked. I booked in the car and thereafter ever 2 day’s in was informed about the progress. On collection I met the owners wife Sheena what a pleasure to deal with. My car was repaired to my satisfaction and my car even was smelling new

Watch out for this company its ethics are questionable truly the worst experience I have ever had to endure My Mercedes Benz was sent by RENASA (MY INSURANCE UNDERWRITERS) and EGIB (MY BROKERS) to these panel Beaters after an accident in April 2018 and to date still not returned I have had to go through legal proceedings to try and get my car back and still nothing my health has been affected by these people if you want a never ending story send your car to this company for repair work. This company Hugo's Panel Shop is apparently in business rescue already it's no wonder they are in business rescue the way they treat their customers it is appalling...

I joined Planer Fitness, as I believe that they were better then Virgin Active, biggest mistake, they have all hidden charges, be carful, they are the biggest crooks. Today I was charged a Levy double payment, this levy is for maintenance of their equipment. I was never informed by the Sales, they will not inform you as they know they will not get clients with all the costs. I am cancelling my membership. Virgin Activity is the best and I promise you today, they have better equipment and better environment.....I have been with Virgin for over 15 years and with Planet 8 months, I am so sad that I joins these crooks. I cannot wait to leave......sadly I am stuc****!
