Maponya Woolworths
I bought vests and the cashier thats suppose to remove the magnate thing didn't... Now im home i can't wear them i need to go back store for this mess.... I regret buying there, my mood is 0% now, i don't even have money to go back Maponya eish im so irritated..

Disappointed
I've never received good service from burger king at regina mundi Rockville, 98%of the staff behaviour is the same 'Ladies' they so rude, they have too much pride in them, they will never respond to your Q straight away ag, either they will roll eyes or act as if they cant hear you... I think management there is lacking to manage people.. Im really tired of complaining about this place cause nothing is being done afterwards, i need to escalate it further to media now and expose them, il probably take a video or record when im there. Please people if you are not violent or have short temper dont go there your day will be spoiled.

Unhappy regular customer
Wow yesterday i decided to take my kids burger king for ice creams... They wanted to buy special at sasol but i convinced them to try burger king 1 wow i was so shocked, disappointed, annoyed on the waste of money... The way ice-cream was so small for R12 we actually enjoyed the cone instead of it, too litte for its value, i normally buy der but this was my first time getting that sies, i believe if these a shortage of ice-cream it must not be sold at all, than letting us throw money like that, if i want to donate il definitely do dat than embarrassing me in front of my kids.... I even told a lady giving me huuuu so little ice-cream.. People must be alert wer to spend their money at for ice-cream... Lake view branch its the worst ever..

STAFF HARASSMENT
KFC senaoane, im so disgasted by the lady apparently she's a manager or something, she so damn rude, she's humiliating staff infont of us 'customers', today I've experienced this, but i feel i cannot keep quiet about it Soweto must know the kind of our brothers and sisters out there that are facing..... I'm not happy at all, I'm willing to expose her on twitter ... The other day i went there to buy, i requested pieces, the lady told me she's scared to alert dem of my request , i stood there and observed, tjooo d response she gave her ****** I'd die, today i went der iv ordered streetwise 2 pap, i asked again drumstick and thigh shame maaaan sweet lady 'Thembelihle' tried to help me, i could see the stress she was on, cz she told me to go ask the lady myself i want particular pieces i said no! Pls ask for me, she went to this lady, yoooh i could see the look, I'm not sure if is it the same mananger lady or what but Gosh! Thembelihle left customers to go serve me what I'm asking for, sadly it was not what i ordered, she gave me street wise 2chips n i asked for street wise 2 Pap, i took it to avoid her being shouted by this lady, STORY SHORT: I had to settle for sumthng i ddnt want to save her from being shouted knowing the harassment they getting from this lady 'Manager' i dont eat potatoes i threw them... Im not impressed, i ddnt even enjoy my order due to that, im disgasted.. Order Number :4986

Bad service, food not worth it
I'm so Irritated, yesterday i decided to go McDonald's at Maponya with my kids, i regret that idea what a waste of money.. 1stly i get there i see ordering machines, i don't know how to operate them, i call the lady working there 'Tshegofatso' , to assist.... She just pressed beef burgers n left us yoh lol i decided to cancel n went to the pay points to be assisted. I feel that's not a way to handle customers, iv never been humiliated like this in my entire life. The lady Bongiwe Sthole assisted, she was so nice n helped me, we ordered 3 big macs wth 3 vanilla shakes all went well, until my orders wer ready i was told Vanilla shake is out of stock, the kids chose strawberry 1 dy wer so sad if i was told before ordering we wud have cancelled cz we prefer vanilla..... Got home d shakes r sour, i think dez vanilla but they trying to gt rid of diz other flavors, i cudnt go bk there again, already received bad service, now diz shakes was totally a mess... Iv indeed donated my R200 to them im never going der again.... I threw them away.. I think my order numbers wer 158, 161, 162 dy took ol my slips wen giving me orders, my kid's wer so Disappointed shame...

****en garage
Im so angry i stood there for 10min with no help from any petrol attended, due to no one had ***** to manage the customers, i was waiting for a car to move away from the pump cause the guy was chit chatting to the friend so i had to wait for their conversation to finish so i can be assisted.... I watched all the cars coming in n out helped, the garage almost got empty thats when the guy decided to go then i was helped by the guy called Benny.... When i ask him wheres the Quality Marshall he could not even show me, i asked wheres the manager he said his not in, i asked for managers name so when i call today it wil be easier he said he doesn't know the name of the manager..... I called the garage today the lady told me the manager will be in tomorrow, i asked for a name of the manager she also couldn't give me the name, she just told me to call headoffice lol, when i say ok give me the number for headoffice, she doesn't know it... Like *** is happening, everyone seems so stupid! I need the management to intervene before i publish this garage further in Media.. Can someone please get back to me

0% CUSTOMER SERVICE
im so irritated by the Petrol station Shell at Penniville , i went there yesterday i waited 10minutes to be assisted, due to the was a guy at the pump chit chatting to his friend and all the attendence didn't do anything about it, instead they helped other pumps i could see people coming being served and go while im waiting for the gentleman to finish conversation.. my Question was to the guy that eventually assisted me after 10min Benny "who is the Quality Marshall" i would like to have a word with him, he could not give me the name, i asked for a manager, he said his not there that's understandable! i asked for a managers Name they could not provide me with it, they claim they don't know the name of the manager! is that possible for a garage to not have Customer Service, Quality Marshal and a Manager???? i then called this morning the Garage the lady told me the Manager his not there, he will be in tomorrow after 1 when i ask for the managers Name im still not getting it , shes telling me to phone head office to get their manager Name , When i ask for that head office phone number the lady says she doesn't know the number as well oh ****! what on earth is going on to that garage, il get to the bottom of this situation il publish this garage on Media , i will investigate as well with Skhiphama files. i really want to expose this behavior of that garage to shut it down. can i please get response asap

Iv never been humiliated like this in my entire shopping life, at Boxer Senaone by a lady at Pie section.... Imagine just asking innocently being passed pie cz m at about to pay at kiosk..... She strongly proudly said No m busy with a customer, even that customer said 'aw just to pass a pie'... What irritated me the most was her click of a tongue for me yerrrrr, i cudnt fight cz i was at d que by Dr Molefe... When i was in the front i asked my Son to go ask pie he came back saying yoh the lady gave him a pie without asking wch flavor n she clicked her tongue for him aswell....i kept the slip of purchase for footage n time of the incident i need to deal with this Soweto tendency behavior straight away.... I demand a ladys apology to me and to my son for such humiliation she gave us, i feel so disgusted n ashame.. If i dont get respond from a store manager il tweet my complain

Jet its a mess:
I went to Jabulane Mall Jet on Thursday, i needed school shoes for my Charity kids im sponsoring, i wanted Jet brand not other brand.. I took 1 size that was there and i went to the till to ask a cashier to please help me find which store still have then i can go there. No help or Customer service i got, she just answered me with a long face, that these no way to help, they don't even have phones in the store, the store manager its not even there so i then asked for Any number to call she wrote it down i think its call centre number. In short what im basically trying to say its i can see we being taken for granted because we at Soweto, we disrespect each other as 'Darkies', we assume everyone its not educated, i did not like the treatment i got, its totally disgusting.

Disappointed customer
I'm so annoyed by Debonairs Protea Garden, I have ordered a pizza at around 15h40, they only delivered it at 19h00, cold, raw, soaky oily, burned base, I ended up complaining to their officials, the Manager called me to fix the mess after 2weeks which I was grateful for, but he promised to deliver today another pizza, I have explained il be at work til 2 can he call me to confirm my order atleast at about 4 n 5....he called at 4 unfortunately I was still driving at freeway I couldn't answer, he never bothered to contact me again today, I'm so annoyed by the way we being treated, Im still waiting for the call it's now 17h43....their Landline number it's not working for incoming calls, I don't really know what to do now at this moment.
