This is the 3rd month they conduct a hard inquiry on me, I have not even app**** for anything with this company. I called this morning and whoever I spoke to hung up when I asked why they conduct inquireries on my name. This impacts my credit score. Please sort it out.
I am always charged R184 monthly for my contract today I woke up to a new debit order amount where I was overcharged. I can not even get to speak to a consultant because the 137 does not provide the option. I called a number of times without luck. I also sent emails to customer service. I need an explanation. If I could, I would even attached a screenshot of proof.
Absa aip services added insurance on my car without even providing me with the insurance details. I sent them my own proof of insurance twice and they say they will not be able to assist in cancelling the insurance even after I have sent them proof. I will not pay insurance twice a month. I will only deposit the installment absa does not care about their clientsand never again will I do business with this bank.
