I am using Grasmere E toll Tag , to cut story short , 24th/April/2025 went Pick n Pay Randburg to load R300 for trips , to my patient I gave it few more days thinking it will reflect but till now nothing, went back to Randburg Square to seek my refunded & I was directed to a very confused Manager who told blatantly that he can't refund me stating the issue is with Sanral & I keep asking for my refunded but I was treated like trash ( Pick n pay Randburg Square appalling Bad service) I left my slip @ customer service counter out of frustration, can someone get this matter resolved before it's too late , to the worst I am now paying R28 for my daily trips thru Grasmere tollgate up until whereas now can account as to where my money is , I will never make my transaction Pick n Pay Randburg π‘π‘π‘π‘π‘π‘π‘π‘π‘π‘π‘π‘π‘π‘π‘) I need my refunds for my daily trips & my money into Tag soon , contact number 0823254804 , e-mail xolile.marota@gmail.com , HATE DOING THIS
