FTTH - Terrible service and unnecessary delay for months now.
I have never felt so insignificant as customer before. I applied for Fibre to the home with Home connect in the middle of September 2019, it's now almost December 2019. Reasons for the delay were, that the registered provider on their list (Vumatel) is actually no longer a provider. It took me having to call a Vumatel exec (Ushma Dahuya), who was managing the area to find that out. Now started with a new application to a provider they ensure is on the list, 3 weeks in and its seem Home-connect has chosen to stop replying totally. Unprofessional and entry level service.
