I just bought a citilier bus ticket for my sister's daughter using my edgars account . The pathetic rude service i got now from this lady who works there at the counter is alarming. I work with people everyday and have never had to treat someone like that. There should be penalties put in place to protect us as consumers from such behavior. We are using our money to support your business. Look around there is plenty options available,but we choose to travel using your busses. If people are tired of their jobs pls resign so that the innocent people of South Africa get to be served with excellent service in places where they choose to spend their money. I asked her nicely if the edgars thank you card promotion i saw on the window was still on, you don't wanna know her response. I will not be disrespect by nobody in front of my children. I will not. If you don't deal with your staff then you will be a sorry case when your business drops. We can always use other ways to travel you know. I don't tolerate rudeness especially from someone who doesn't know me, or i dont know. Very disgusted.
One of the most pathetic companies i have ever worked for They taking advantage of poor, black young people. Too much incompetece going on. I regret the day i set my foot in that place. Pathetic!!! pathetic!! pathetic!!!!
