Poor customer service, disorganized and no transparency ,please provide clarity.
I travel with the RiyaViya bus service and have experience in several instances dis satisfaction in the bus station at Johannesburg CBD Bank City where you must be release by the station commander due to no electricity at the station (Milpark) you enter the bus after a wait for 15minutes and thought you will atleast make it in time for you other transport (Taxi),arriving in the Johannesburg CBD bus station all to find it going to take you another 30 minutes due to RiyaViya station commander who is referring to get off at the next station because she will not release you from the bus station unless you tap out and is willing to except a penalty instead you will be tapped in by her and you will have to tap out at the next station, according to her this instructions is from her management which I feel this is unnecessary inconvenience waist of time and my money and very unethical and poor way of treating you consumers.
