I am extremely dissatisfied with the way my cancellation request has been handled. For the past three months, I have repeatedly attempted to cancel my subscription: On WhatsApp, I am redirected to “Willie,” an AI bot. As soon as I mention cancellation, I am told I will be transferred, but no human agent ever responds. When I phone your support line, I am kept on hold indefinitely until I give up. Ironically, when I cancel the debit order, your team suddenly becomes responsive — but only to chase “outstanding amounts.” This practice is unacceptable. It appears that cancellation requests are deliberately ignored, while billing continues aggressively. I insist that my subscription be cancelled immediately, with written confirmation, and that no further debit orders or charges be attempted.
Please be careful, these people look prim and proper on their website and facebook page, but as soon as you pay them money they are gone. Stole R26000 from my Company. Paid them for an inverter battery and they never delivered, more than a year, Also they don't have a shop location, the one on the website is false , and their landline is a call center.
Poor service and struggling to get hold of them after a deposit has been paid. Needed to transport a generator , we still have no answer from them
Please be careful. Payed R26000 for a battery and they ran away with the money...
