The worst experience I've ever had, worst customer service anybody can ever have to deal with. Pathetic, mediocre and flat-out disrespectful. Where can one report takealot? I bought stuff from takealot and they said that my order had been delivered and signed for which was not true so I lodged a query to ask why my order says it's been delivered and signed for whilst I haven't received it. They said they will look into it and investigate. From having to email, call, and contact them on social media it's been 2 weeks and I still don't know where my package is and every single day a different person responds to me by email asking me to retell my problem again. I am waiting for my package and I don't know where it is. I asked for a number or name of somebody I can actually talk to and I still haven't gotten that and I just feel like they don't care because they're not the ones who want their package, they're not the ones who lost money, they're not the ones who have to deal with the kind of customer service that they provide, they flat-out don't care. It would be better to get a name of a person or a number to call directly not this b******* number that they have on their website. I'd like to know where one can report that kind of thing? Is it at the office of the ombudsman or is there a Consumer Protection office where somebody can go and Report?
If I could give zero stars here, I would. The most incompetent people I've ever come across. Made an appointment with Andrew about a divorce and asked him how much they charge for a consultation. He said that the first meeting will be free. I asked him on the phone how much the divorce will cost and he said R3000. That was the only reason I agreed to meet up with him because R3000 sounded like something I could afford. The divorce is uncontested and straight forward. They couldn't do most of the work. The last bill received was R3 665 and that was what they said was due. Next thing I know there is a bill of over 20k and they're saying that's what I owe. Enquiring about that amount proved to be futile since the Accounts manager is a clueless rude woman. I am planning on lodging a complaint against this firm because seems like I'm not the only one who experienced that.
