They don't have people you can talk to. Maybe a robot named Willie or some dude answering from a crib sheet. No actual person to person participation. They take their debit orders as they feel fit, My agreement was 1st working day of the month. This month the debit me early so no funds, suspend my account. I occurred a R100 fault from my bank and a R50 fault from Webafrica. Worst experience I have ever had and that after spending R24000.00 with them. Stay away from them.
Webafrica use a whatsapp to receive and give feed back. Waiting time for a response from them is normally over an hour. This is just to answer you. The call center needs more training, they have no clue in resolving problems. Now you phone in, waiting time well over an hour. I have been on a call, trying to get my internet restored for over 4 hours. I even told them what was wrong. I contacted Vuma, which is not allowed, my problem was sorted in 5 min. Totally disgusted with the call center, Webafrica need to rectify their customer service.
Total scam. Can't we get a confirmed address for these people, I would like a face to face visit
