Ready to waste some money????
Maybe a review from the other side than the usual. A owner of the apartment as I am ... Trusted them to manage my place. Which has totaly failed to do so. Office people are unable and unwilling to see to the apartment. Because they cant drive a car and go to places quickly. Failing to secure the Deposit in full which was agreed before the tenant moves in. Select tenants which are simply badly behaving. ( criminial activaties ) Asking for a full Years Commission in Advance eventhough they only secured paying tenants for 2 months. If you are a owner of a place and you want to get it trashed and waste money on commision... Go with ABSOLUTE Property Solutions....

Good to deal with .....
I have moved with them 1x full container from Switzerland to Blouberg and 40 Boxes and some small things return. They are working quick ... ON Time ... with plenty of menpower ... hardly any damages. Office is easy to approach .... Because they have plenty of menpower when doing the packing .. some need to get instructions a bit more deeply ... . Recently the pricing went up a bit ... but I think this happening anywhere now.
