Subsequent to my previous review on this fly by night company, the owner promised to send technicians to come and resolve my issue, i have been waiting for 3 weeks and upon reaching out to him, he uses the name "Stanley Khumalo" but not South African, he threatened not to remediate the mess he created because i posted on this platform ......... he clearly know nothing about customer service. WHEN SERACHING FOR ELECTRIC APPLIANCES REPAIR SERVICES DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY WITH THESE GUYS, THEY ARE *****, THEY DONT EVEN HAVE A WORKSHOP ADDRESS AND CLAIM TO BE CERTIFIED ON THEIR ADVERT WHICH IS A LIE. I am tracing them using other means and will find them and post another review on these ****mers.
This is the worst service provider that one can ever give business to. The charged we R850 on email to come fix my washing machine but when they got to my house the price suddenly moved up to R1400, unsuspecting me, i paid them, they changed the pump and on my first wash the same issue reoccurred, i called them same day and they promised to come back the following Monday, it's been 4 weeks now waiting for them. They don't want to process my refund and the owner by the name of Stanely Khumalo is ignoring both my calls and emails. DO NOT USE THESE GUYS, THEY ARE A ****
Good afternoon Homechoice pathetic service after sending a complaint for investigation as I placed and paid for an order for delivery on the 27th of May 2020 but to date have not received my delivery, I have been calling home-choice for over 5 days now dating back from the 19th June 2020 and even went to one of the stores in JHB CDB where I discovered that my address was captured incorrectly and that the mistake would be rectified and an email was to be sent to the courier company advising them of the correct delivery address, this was on the 25 of June 2020. This is an order that was communicated to have been dispatched on the 30th of May 2020. On the 27th of June, I was called by a very rude driver who told me they were at Tembisa and when I told him I was in Soweto and not Tembisa, he wanted to coerce my making arrangements to meet him halfway to which I advice was not possible and requested that he drops off my order at the JHB CBD to which he threatened to know what he will do with my order ( I am now guessing he did whatever he meant hence no delivery has reached my house). The entire experience has been extremely disappointing as I had to be the one calling home-choice to follow up and being assigned a rude driver that doesn’t have any form of telephone etiquette and or general customer engagement s****s. While left in disappointment of the above I then get to learn upon my follow up call on the 3rd of July that my order was delivered on the 30th of June, no one called me from home-choice on the day and I never received the delivery that is said to have been delivered, can I have someone investigate my case and get back to me with a resolution, it is very disappointing that I paid over a month ago and have been taken from pillar to post as a result of an address capturing mistake from your side which I had to be the one fixing but am now told of a delivery I didn’t receive. Today marks 15 days post my sending the below complaint, I have just called your call center and the line broke up 3 times and no one is bothering calling back, do note that I will be taking further steps on this should there be no response from you as it has been for 15 days as it is
had an amazing customer experience from a gentleman by the name of Quintin Barnard @ King Price, this guy is energetic and understands his role in the organization, extremely professional, he made me feel like a king yesterday. Thank you Quintin.
