Very disgusted. I have paid R2500 already and to date I have received no feedback from Justin. I have sent multiple emails, left multiple messages on the business telephone number to call me back and no one ever calls me back. Then I see on the website it says temp close and I was never even informed.
Not receiving any feedback at all. I am sending emails, calling the business number leaving messages to call me back and to date I have received feedback. I am not happy at all as I have already paid an amount of R2500. I then had a look on their business page and there it says temp close and I was never even informed of this.
I am digusted with this guys service. I have paid a deposit of R2500. My wedding is end of the month ans he has been ignoring me for a while now. I have called and he has not answered i have sent multiple emails, messages on social sites and he is not coming back to me. This guy is stealing people's money !!!!!! Wont recommend them to anyone !!!!!
Still no feedback after my initial complaint !!!!!! Very very dissapointed in Disovery Health.
This is the very first time that I am taking medical aid on my own name. I have given in my application in the beginning of November, Discovery had some queries, I answered them. A week ago I phoned to find out whats takingg ao long and said that my fiance cannot cancel his medical aid without my member number. I then ask them to remove him from my medical aid. For some reason they have cancelled my entire application and started from scratch. My date that I entered on my orginal application is 1 December. It is now the 29th of November and I still dont know if I have cover as it is still with the underwriting department. How am I supposed to trust Discovery with my medical aid if they cannot even get an application correct. Sitting here with an anxiety attack, because I dont know what will happen if I dont have cover come 1 December
