Very disgusted
Very disgusted. I have paid R2500 already and to date I have received no feedback from Justin. I have sent multiple emails, left multiple messages on the business telephone number to call me back and no one ever calls me back. Then I see on the website it says temp close and I was never even informed.

Not receiving any feedback at all. I am sending emails, calling the business number leaving messages to call me back and to date I have received feedback. I am not happy at all as I have already paid an amount of R2500. I then had a look on their business page and there it says temp close and I was never even informed of this.

Perfect Service
Thank you for all the assistance and for making our party a fun one. Depsite lockdown messing everyone around and where other suppliers cancelled and were extremely bad, you guys pulled through and made the party a success.

Discusting service
I am digusted with this guys service. I have paid a deposit of R2500. My wedding is end of the month ans he has been ignoring me for a while now. I have called and he has not answered i have sent multiple emails, messages on social sites and he is not coming back to me. This guy is stealing people's money !!!!!! Wont recommend them to anyone !!!!!

Horrible service
What horrible service this is... I’ve booked them for a wedding before lockdown, however the date had to move due to Covid. They promised me that once we have a new date they will do everything in their power to accommodate us on our new date. I’m trying to reconfirm the new date but I am unable to reach them. I’ve sent several emails, i’ve tried calling, I left a message on FB, whatsapp and instagram but sadly still no response... I do not recommend Photo Booth Guys - SA to anyone.

Horrible service
What horrible service this is... I’ve booked them for a wedding before lockdown, however the date had to move due to Covid. Bad Customer Experience
I have been trying to get in touch with the photo booth guys team to discuss my booking for my wedding. No one is answering the phone when I call them and I am also not receiving a reply on my e-mails. When I first started this process the service was excellent but the moment I paid my deposit the service, support and customer service is none existing.

13th birthday hit
I hired Photo Booth guys for my daughters 13th birthday party and they were absolutely awesome, they arrived on time, interacted so well with the kids. It was a hit and the everyone loved it and would recommend them over and over again, thank you kindly Ancilla Teixeira - Teenage mom
