Poor customer service, no response from this company, doesn't matter on which platform you try to reach out. There was an issue with their website, and my payment went off twice. I shared proof of payment for both payments, and it was weeks until someone got back to me, then finally after confirming they will do refund, nothing, no answer no response no refund and it’s been weeks. No one is answering any calls or emails. So frustrating.
What horrible service this is... I’ve booked them for a wedding before lockdown, however the date had to move due to Covid. They promised me that once we have a new date they will do everything in their power to accommodate us on our new date. I’m trying to reconfirm the new date but I am unable to reach them. I’ve sent several emails, i’ve tried calling, I left a message on FB, whatsapp and instagram but sadly still no response... I do not recommend Photo Booth Guys - SA to anyone.
Value for money!! Although the huge backlog after lockdown, my order was handled with high priority and speedy service.
