Bad Customer Experience

I have been trying to get in touch with the photo booth guys team to discuss my booking for my wedding. No one is answering the phone when I call them and I am also not receiving a reply on my e-mails. When I first started this process the service was excellent but the moment I paid my deposit the service, support and customer service is none existing.
