Absolutely ********** customer service no connection on my line through vox telecoms I have been waiting for over a week now with numerous calls and emails and still no response up till date contact me on 0834011099!!!
Absolutely horrible service both from Vox and openserve I have no connection for over a week now after everything has been completed on my side debit order paid and everything I still have no connection and no one seems to help me making me run around in circles
I am disgustingly appalled by the all around service I've received from Woolworths in the past 3 days I made an order for the milk special 3 days ago, it was obviously a SCAM disguised as a marketing strategy from these lowlives I called the online customer service department and was assisted by the rudest most incompetent female ever! Her name is Mikayla and apart from dropping the phone in my ear (unprovoked) she also went ahead to ask me multiple rude and off topic questions, she also sounded like she had just woken up I am now forced to wait for my refund for 2 weeks whereas woolworths was at fault not me! Woolworths has officially dropped to the level of shoprite and has lost a customer!
PLEASE DO NOT VISIT THIS RESORT UNLESS YOU ARE WHITE! I was racially profiled via WhatsApp while trying to make a booking, after realizing I am a person of colour I was blatantly ignored while the person was online! Mind you I was not being rude or nasty if anything i was nice and patient
Fast way couriers arme THIEVES! for two months I've been waiting for a package that shows it's just sitting at one of their branches! Their communication is POOR AND AWFUL to say the least! I am beyond furious with this pathetic service I have received from these fools!
I was contacted for a job at ips health a few weeks ago by a RUDE ILL MANNERED lady who spoke afrikaans right from the start (which is disrespectful and unprofessional as the official business language of South Africa is English!) but a few seconds into the call I made her aware that I do not speak afrikaans that well and immediately her entire tone and mood changed! She said she'll send me an email which till this day I did not receive, this level of racism is beyond disgusting and I have decided to make this trend on social media! IPS EMPLOYS RACIST ***S!
I would like to report Amber Greeff for her incompetent service, she does not seem to understand her job and her duties, after 4 days of submitting my documents for her to activate my old mutual rewards account she keeps coming back with stories, since yesterday she has been blatantly ignoring my emails which is rude and unprofessional
After speaking to both Busi & DeWet telephonically about an apartment I'm interested in Radiokop, I suddenly got blatantly ignored when saying I'd only like to move on on the 01/05/2021 instead of immediately, DeWet rudely ignores my whatsapp messages by going online and not opening my messages, this just goes go show me that these agents only want sales and does not worry about meeting the clients needs, I am disgusted and shocked by this treatment
RUN! RUN WHILE YOU STILL CAN!!! today is the 6th consecutive day that I have been left with no electricity after loading R2000 on my smart meter, the call center agents are beyond useless and incompetent telling me that their system shows that I haven't loaded anything since 01/02/2021, which by the way I loaded R2000 aswell and it finished 6 days ago, an entire R2000 is like a R20 with these thieves! It's very unfortunate that the complex I live in uses these fools otherwise I would've canceled this nonsense a long time ago
Absolute atrocious service from this so called financial service their customer service is terrible cannot get through to the claims department i have been waiting for my claim to be processed since October 2020 COULD SOMEONE CONTACT ME IMMEDIATELY!!!
