WORST EVER
The staff are not friendly at all, they do not introduce themselves, Staff did not even know what we booked for and how much to charge me for the additional treatment, they do not ask you if you would like soft, medium, or hard pressure when they are performing the treatment. We bought the vouchers from Daddy's Deals and it was R 300 per couple, and I paid the additional 140 per couple for the hot stone as well (bear in mind there was 6 people). All the treatments where way below average. We were not notified as to what treatment they will be doing; it is not a spa I would go to again. The Head Massage was the worst, my hair was pulled and at the end we where hit and slapped on our bodies. I am certain that is not the way to wake up your muscles after a massage. At one point we all thought that the staff had left the room and the treatment was completed as they just applied the face mask and stood aside in the room for 10 minutes. My body was tense and more sore than relaxed. The only reason I rated 2 stars is because I have been to this spa before and they where on top of their game, unfortunately not anymore it was the worst experience for a lady’s day out which I planned for my mother in laws birthday. A complete waste of time and money. (Total cost – R 1,320.00) Would never recommend to family and friends.

No assistance on returns
I purchased a Christmas tree online, what I received was the total opposite of the picture online, I have been trying to contact them regarding the return as I am not happy with the product I received. There is no assistance, no response to emails, they don't take your either and it seems like I'm stuck with this hideous tree. All I want is my money back
