Booked on LMG and phoned through to the pro shop being assisted by "someone" gave him my details to confirm my booking I didn't finish talking and he put the phone down on me????? I phoned back said to "this person" that he put the phone down and he replied with a very bad attitude, I asked his name he laughed at me and put the phone down again!?!!! I phoned back for a 3rd time and spoke to the so called "GM" and told him what had happened. He said he will attend to this. This is the worst service I have ever had from a golf club and if "Mr no name, coward, from the pro shop" worked for me I would fire him on the spot. BAD BAD BAD SERVICE!!!!
Date: 12/04/2021 between 15h00 and 15h30 I called 4 times and all 4 times I was the only customer in the queue as the robot voice told me and all 4 times the call went through but know one on the onther end!!?????, even when I can here noise in the background I guess knock of time is to close to help clients! bad bad bad service I will never fly with safair again.
holding on for 45 min plus rediculious!!! are the people there chilling until 6 o'clock hits? you cant talk to any humans nor managers directly and quickly, no you speak to a computer. not user friendly, no personal touch, very bad service, I guess this cat (makro/rcs) had enough cream and is fat hents in their service they dont care.
