Bookings not collected, items damaged and unprofessional staff, very poor!
Our bookings do not get collected and we are advised that someone forgot to escalate and assign the collection. Goods get damaged and when it is reported, no one responds. We have been dealing with the Klerksdorp branch, there only seems to be one person working and all the other staff stand outside smoking and would rather finish smoking before helping the 10+ people that are waiting inside to be assisted, needless to say, the place looks like an ashtray outside. Whenever I walk in there, the phones are constantly ringing and no one seems to answer the phone which only means they do not want to deal with any booking or problem. I have been dealing with The Courier Guy for the last 10 years, the current service level can't be rated from 1 to 5, it needs to be mius 5. Nobody can be worse.
