I ordered eggs with Sabelo egg farm and Continental sent me an email with tracking nr 202308028EAM to pay insurance for the delivery to take place. I never received my delivery after paying insurance. No one is replying to my emails and no one is picking up my calls.
I ordered eggs and paid for it, after paying i was requested to make another payment for insurance. never received the eggs or my money now the WhatsApp is not going through. The WhatsApp no 081 461 6741. This is a ****. These people are shameless!
I paid R6780 CASH (JAn 2021)due to the promise they made and the "Discount". NO booklet from Jan 2021 up to today 22nd April 2021. When I wanted to make a booking now using my FREE voucher it apparently not free and I should pay R195pp per night for 7 days, LOL what a joke. Then I wanted to make a booking using my points and they could not as I need to pay a further R6000 when ask if I make a payment now can you book the place I want they said they do not have Avalon Springs instead they wanna book me in Atlantic Royal, Serious I work in town why would I wanna have a breakaway close to work............. I am so frustrated I want my money back now they say NO..... I never enjoy any service since I started. PEOPLE DO NOT JOIN AND FALL FOR THE TRAP
Worst service ever. They always have an excuse when phoning in. My payments are never submitted and always blaming department of labor. When phoning department of labor, they tell me moms link never submitted anything. Than following up with moms link they not answering emails or calls. When I finally get hold of them they have another excuse and say they will submit I must wait as they have alot of claims and systems has been down for 2weeks. Department of labor said system was down for 2days. I would not use their services again. I just want my payout that's due to me and not recommend them to anyone.
