To date I have only had great service from Garmin South Africa. I loved each device I have owned so far, and will remain a loyal client with the great quality of devices and good service. A few years ago my Garmin device failed (outside of Waranty period) It was however replaced at no cost to me and delivered to my office. This replacement device did a great job again for 3+ years. Unfortunately a recent chip in the screen meant compromised waterproofing. The device still functioned flawlessly, albeit the water ingress risk. I took the device in personally to Garmin in Rosebank for repair. However, this could not be repaired. I was offered a replacement again at less than 50% of retail cost. Because of the age of the model I declined and requested a good deal on a newer model. Garmin did just that and my newer model device arrived Yesterday, a mere 2 days after acceptance of Quote and payment. Well done Garmin and thanks again. with service like this, who can not stay a loyal customer? Regards Johann
I would like to share my great experience with EFS Africa and in particular, the great service and assistance received from Ilze Pieters. She absolutely went out of her way to assist me when I had a problem with a rear bush on my shock. Even with no stock availability on new bush kits, she made a plan for me. I called EFS Africa with my problem on a Thursday afternoon and within less than an hour Ilze organised replacement bushes for my vehicle. It was delivered the next morning early to one of their fitment centres near me. I simply pitched up on Friday morning and the bushes in question was replaced at zero cost to me. - Even though I have done more than 100 000km on my set of EFS Elite suspension. It was a pleasure to deal with Ilze and EFS Africa. With service like this, who can afford not to be a loyal customer. Thank you Ilze. You are a star and a fantastic resource for your company. To whom it may concern It is not everyday that one can commend good service, let alone outstanding service. And this from a bank employee.. I would like to thank Liz Palmeirao from Absa Bank Menlyn Maine, for outstanding service and assistance when needed. Throughout the last 3 years, I have not been let down once nor have I been disappointed with services received. In spite of difficult requests and contacting during hours outside of normal office hours, I was always met with friendliness, kindness and enthusiasm to solve my problem. For 17 year all my short term insurance was done through Indwe Risk Services. This will no longer bet the case. I am moving brokers as soon as possible. Been receiving the worst incompetent service imaginable. Simple claim reported on 14 November 2019. Approved 2 days later. I met all requirements and sent all documents. After numerous following up by myself and Hope Malema rarely being at work or available, I was promised payment by 21 November. Today is 4 December. No feedback. No care attitude by Indwe. New system used as excuse and clients expected to be happy with this terrible service. Refered around from one consultant to another. Never in my life experiences such incompetence and terrible service.
