Rosemary Norman Flight Centre West Coast Village Does It Again! 10/10 !
This is not the first time we have made use of Rosemary Normans services from the Flight Centre West Coast Village branch in Cape Town, And it certainly will not be the last! We are extremely grateful as Rosemary has yet again gone above and beyond of what is required from a travel agent to assist us in booking and more importantly securing successful flights to Australia. We are Australian citizens and urgently had to get back to Adelaide from Cape Town. The current Pandemic has made navigating international travel bookings extremely difficult, risky, and uncertain, especially traveling to Australia. These flights are notoriously difficult to secure, and they have been known to get cancelled or passengers have simply been bumped due to the strict "caps" put in place by the Australian Government as a result of Covid 19 protocols changing so frequently. Rosemary has again been our Guardian Angel and graciously took on the challenge to walk this journey with us. Thank you so much Rose! You have done it again and managed to secure us the most amazing seats, short layovers, and all at incredible prices. I have and continue to recommend you to everyone I know. Your passion for your clients and your absolute love for your industry is noticeably clear! You are a phenomenal travel agent, and you are definitely a huge asset to the Flight Centre Brand. Rosemary Norman from Flight Centre West Coast is Amazing!
We want to express our sincerest gratitude and appreciation for the excellent service and the extra special efforts that Rosemary Norman from Flight Centre West Coast Village, Bloubergstrandt Cape Town provided to us after we received the devastating news that our family’s December Holiday flights to Hong Kong were cancelled by SAA. Rosemary was so helpful when we first went to her to book our flight a few months prior, giving us excellent pointers, tips and advice on our upcoming trip. She however exceeded all our expectations when she relentlessly fought the airline for days on our behalf to get us re-booked on another airline at no extra cost. She was an absolute rock for us in this very difficult and stressful process. The service she has provided goes above and beyond anything we have experienced with other travel agents. It is extremely gratifying to discover at long last a Travel Agent that truly understands the meaning of service. Rosemary is a force to be reckoned with and with service like hers Flight Centre is in great hands and we will deal with no one else going forward! Thank you so much Rosemary! The Holmes Family.
