I have been struggling for a week now to get a line released in order for my ISP to activate my fibre line. Openserve does not respond. I work from home and have two teenagers. It is costing me a fortune to buy data. This is a nightmare.
Firstly I will never use this place again. After being overcharged and nearly ripped off by replacing my gate motor. They replaced the power supply and back up power supply in October 2019 and when I started experiencing problems again and called them thwy told me that the motor was too old and needed to be replaced. Lukely I didn't have the money to replace it. I got another number from a friend and when they came out I was told that the power supply they fitted was old and that their is nothing wrong with the motor. They looked at my previois invoice from A & R GATE AUTO and was shocked tot see how much I was charged.
I booked a stay and after receiving confirmation that the place was booked I did my payment. As soon as the payment was done I receives an email that the place was already booked and received an email "payment reversal". I have now been waiting for twelve workdays and still no money back in my account. They are a bunch of thieves. I have phoned and emailed and after many promises still nothing.
