Excellent service
We just collected our beautiful little puppy this morning. The process was so efficient and the facility was so clean and lovely - the animals there were so well taken care of. Michelle was extremely helpful and gave us a lot of advice about integrating our new little boy with the rest of the family. The care taken to allocate the animals to a loving family is well appreciated. I would definitely recommend this place if you are looking to adopt.

Scam artists
This company is a scam - please do not use them- they sold me a container which I paid for prior to delivery and then suddenly and there is a shipping company that requires an additional R12 k insurance to be paid before they will deliver (KS Transport and Logistics who are also a scam it would appear). These guys are total crooks - I so wish I had checked this before

Woolworths online after sales help extremely disappointing
Woolworths online have really disappointed me.. I ordered online, had have my order delivered with over R1,000 of goods not delivered and somehow Woolies do not feel the need to help me resolve my issue. I have phoned numerous times (and waited on the line for hours each time) sent numerous mails, get empty promises but no idea how this will be resolved. Thanks to Woolworths someone will not get their gifts this Christmas. I am now going to avoid Woolworths where possible until they start looking after their loyal customers again. There are many competitors who are doing a great job !
