For the last 3 to 6 months it has been poor connection to no connection on a constant bases. Neofiber has made no effort to assist you as a customer other than have a tech Whatsapp chat that sounds more like a robot replying a script than informing you of any issues unless you bring it to there attention that there tower is not working. I have not had an internet service providers customer service, poor quality and downtime as poor as Neofiber since Telkom. Neofiber is perfect if you dont mind reminding them on a daily bases that your connection is down. I would not recommend Neofiber as a wireless internet service provider to anyone.
