I have a damaged remote control (my fault). It has now been 7 days of constant phone calls, emails, messages and not one reply. The have stated that they close on the 20th of December so therefore they should still be open. I am not getting anywhere and all I want to do is purchase a new remote control. They do not offer this individually on their website and Takealot do not sell this separately either. The devise is useless without a remote control and all I need is for someone to tell me if it's possible to purchase a remote separately. 7 days and not one single reply......pathetic to say the least. I am now sitting with a Media Box that is useless without the remote control and not one single person can get back to me.......
