Poor after sales service, KEEP AWAY, my Netflix has been down for almost a month, tried calling, emailing their support and wasting time trying to get them on the Chat service they offer, it's pathetic, try contacting them before you purchase the product and you will quickly understand why you should stay clear.........

I contacted Media Box, Tokai by email on Saturday morning. I wanted help with Netflix. Yesterday morning at 10 Support contacted me and asked for the Serial Number (S/N) and MAC address for my box. I sent it immediately. At 13:30 I have still heard nothing back so I sent another email as what is happening. At 15:15 someone responded asking for my S/N and Mac address again. At 16:30 I was still waiting and I sent another email with all the details included again. I also contacted them on their website. This morning nothing has happened. I asked for help on their website again and sent another email with all the detail. Still nothing!!! Their service (Bradley) used to be the absolute best!

I ordered a mediabox mbx4k Ranger from mediabox website. Delivered in good time and all in order. Easy to connect up and connected to my WiFi without any problems and having 2 kids aged 7-9, they were able to use it instantly and navigate the menu's very easily. Deleted Netflix by accident and had to call call centre, spoke to Brad who assisted me very efficiently and with a great attitude. I would recommend this product.

I have a damaged remote control (my fault). It has now been 7 days of constant phone calls, emails, messages and not one reply. The have stated that they close on the 20th of December so therefore they should still be open. I am not getting anywhere and all I want to do is purchase a new remote control. They do not offer this individually on their website and Takealot do not sell this separately either. The devise is useless without a remote control and all I need is for someone to tell me if it's possible to purchase a remote separately. 7 days and not one single reply......pathetic to say the least. I am now sitting with a Media Box that is useless without the remote control and not one single person can get back to me.......
