Kudos to Echelon on handling my recent claim efficiently and quickly. I have been with Echelon for over 10 years and the service has always been very good.
Bash is taking us for a ride, advertises items on sale, then cancels the order after I paid saying there is no stock only to advertise the same item again at an increased price. Not good business practices.
Does anyone actually work there have been trying to get through to sales for an hour.
Excellent service and good quality clothing. I had a positive experience with them handling my order and my return. Very happy.
Fraudulent company you cannot get hold of them I spent R3500 with priority shipment to South Africa order reference 591720445374. They are threatening me they are going to send my package back as it could not be delivered on the 15th of August. I work from home and no one has tried to even contact me to deliver my package. No feedback and no-one even bothers to contact me for delivery. Please people don't order from them you will not receive your goods ever. They don't provide you with a shipping reference or contact number for the local shipping partner.

Ordered online on the 26th of May, no delivery no feedback. Their phones just ring I have sent them numerous emails and messages on facebook they are ignoring me. Shocking service.
I was promised a full Refund on my booking on the 19th of March 2020. (Enquiry #14813023). Today April 8 I still have not received a refund. How is it possible to take this long the do the refund. Please could I have some feedback.
